  • It all began with an idea

    The SkyQueen Luncheon was first convened in March 2025 at the American Airpower Museum on Long Island, an iconic setting where aviation history meets the next generation of leadership.

    What began as a gathering has quickly evolved into an annual cultural moment where women shaping the future of aviation, travel, business, and global culture come together in shared altitude. The luncheon also marked the debut of Women Rock Wings Magazine with a dual-cover reveal honoring both Black History Month and Women's History Month, celebrating women whose stories are redefining who belongs in the skies and beyond.

    Today, SkyQueen has evolved into a carefully curated convening of women who understand that travel expands perspective, leadership requires courage, and legacy is built through connection.

    Pioneers, executives, aviators, and cultural leaders who have navigated different paths across the world will arrive in the same place: a shared commitment to lift one another higher.

The experience offers a dynamic space for storytelling and celebration while shining a spotlight on the foundation’s commitment to uplifting and advancing women in aviation.

These dialogues are designed to be engaging, forward-looking, and relevant, bringing together decision-makers, industry leaders, and enthusiasts to discuss where we’re headed and how collaboration across sectors fuels progress.
